(Panmure Dentists is trading as Panmure Dentists 2001 Limited)
1. Eligibility
• Bundles are available to new and/or existing patients as specified per promotion.
• Patients must be clinically suitable for the treatments included.
• Age restrictions may apply depending on the bundle.
2. Exclusions
• Not valid with any other promotion, offer, discount, or third-party funding (e.g. WINZ, ACC).
• Bundle pricing excludes additional treatment not listed in the package.
• Additional fees may apply in complex cases or where further treatment is required beyond the scope of the bundle.
3. Booking & Payment
• Full payment is required on the day of the appointment (unless otherwise stated).
• Appointments are subject to availability.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Missed or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the bundle or incur a fee.
• The Healthy Smile Bundle must be paid in advance.
4. Validity
• Bundles must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
• Panmure Dentists 2001 Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time.
5. Clinical Judgment
• All treatments are subject to the professional judgment of the dental practitioner.
• If a patient is found unsuitable for a treatment in the bundle, an alternative may be offered or refunded at the discretion of Panmure Dentists 2001 Limited.
6. General
• Results may vary between individuals.
• Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Bundle components are non-transferable and cannot be split between patients or across multiple appointments unless specified.
